1. Accepted Payment Methods:

 We accept payment via the following methods:

  • Debit Card and Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Bank transfers

  • Cash or Linx on Delivery

 

2. Payment Security:

   - Debit card and Credit card payments are processed through Wipay. Upon order confirmation, customers will receive an invoice with a secure link via WhatsApp or email to proceed with the payment. Customers are not required to have a Wipay account to pay via Wipay. Debit card and Credit card payments must be executed within day (1) day of order confirmation; failure to do so will result in order cancellation.

   - Bank Transfers must be executed within day (1) day of order confirmation. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation. This protocol is implemented to prevent any potential delays or complications in transaction processing and to guarantee prompt order fulfillment. Notably, items are reserved once an order is placed, and this reservation will persist until the customer completes the transaction by submitting payment.
