Delivery Locations & Costs:

  • Direct to Your Door Delivery (Trinidad & Tobago) - $30

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • For Trinidad, shipping usually takes 1-2 business days.

  • For Tobago, shipping usually takes 2-4 business days. All deliveries to Tobago are done via TTPOST.

  • Please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or carrier issues may cause delays.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are fixed for Trinidad and Tobago.

  • You’ll see the shipping cost estimate during checkout before completing your order.

  • We may offer free shipping or special promotions on qualifying orders, as shown on our website or during special events.

  • We typically process and ship orders within one business day after confirming your order and payment.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may vary, but we’ll keep you informed of any delays.

 

Order Pick-Up (Trinidad Only):

  • We offer a convenient pick-up option for customers in Trinidad.

  • You can select the pick-up option during checkout and will receive instructions for picking up your order once it is ready.

  • Pick-up locations and times:

    • Port of Spain: Weekdays only between 8 AM and 4 PM

    • Grand Bazaar, Valpark Plaza, Sun Plaza or Trincity Mall: Weekends only

 

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Some remote or high-risk areas may have limited or unavailable delivery services.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders to locations where shipping is not feasible or is restricted by law.

 

Delivery Address:
