Purpose:   

Our Cash On Delivery (COD) policy ensures smooth, secure, and convenient cash payments for your orders at the time of delivery. 

 

 Eligibility:   

  • Available for customers in Trinidad only.

  • Accurate contact and address details are required for successful delivery.

 

 Order Placement:   

  • Choose the COD option during checkout or through our social media pages.

  • Our customer service team will verify and confirm your order before processing.

 

 Payment Collection:   

  • Our delivery personnel will collect the exact cash amount specified in your order invoice upon delivery.

  • Cash on Delivery is available only for purchases of $1000 and below

  • Customers must sign as receipt of the package(s).

 

 Verification Process:   

  • Delivery personnel will verify your identity and confirm the delivery address before accepting payment.

  • You may need to show a valid ID for security purposes.

  • If there are any issues, delivery personnel will contact customer service for assistance.

 

 Cancellation and Exchange:   

  • You can cancel COD orders before delivery by contacting customer service within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • After payment is collected, exchanges can be made according to our standard exchange policy.

 

 Communication and Transparency:   

  • We provide clear information about the COD option, including any applicable fees, on our website and other communication channels.

  • During checkout, you’ll be informed about the estimated delivery time and payment process for COD orders.

 

 Non-Response and Blacklisting:   

  • If you don't answer your phone when delivery personnel call, they will try alternative contact methods.

  • If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you’ll be notified to reschedule delivery or pick up your order.

  •  Repeated nonresponses may result in your account being flagged and restricted for future COD orders.

 

 Review and Updates:   

  • This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective and relevant.

  • Updates may be made as necessary to reflect changes in business practices, regulations, or customer needs.
