Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.

Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Custom-made or personalized items.
Initiating an Exchange:
To start an exchange, please contact our customer service team at 393-6237 or email us at info@kadaelevatedmodesty.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your name and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, along with the desired replacement item(s) (size, color, style).
Exchange Shipping:

Customers will not be charged for return shipping costs for the item(s) being exchanged.
Exchange Processing:

Once we receive your exchange request, our team will verify the availability of the desired replacement item(s).

If the replacement item(s) are available, we will provide instructions for returning the original item(s).

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
Additional Costs:

If there is a price difference between the original item and the replacement item(s), we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount, as applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 393-6237 or email us at info@kadaelevatedmodesty.com with photos of the damaged/defective item.

We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges received after the 7-day period or items that do not meet the exchange eligibility criteria may be subject to refusal.
